Andrew Niese
I have been a practicing attorney, in good standing, within the State of Ohio since May 2003. In 1999, I graduated, Cum Laude, from The Ohio State University with a double major in Criminology and Political Science. I went on to attend the University of Toledo College of Law where I received my Juris Doctor in 2002. From 2003 until May of 2008 I was a practicing attorney within the Northwest Ohio region where I dealt widely with various issues of criminal law, probate law, estate planning, juvenile law, contract law, business formation and management, as well as all aspects of domestic relations, and real estate transactions. These experiences have required extensive legal research, writing and trial preparation as well as client counseling and negotiation. In May of 2008, I relocated with my wife and young child to the Columbus, Franklin County area, where I have continued my practice of law with the Bergman & Yiangou Law Firm. I am an active member of the Columbus Bar Association as well as the Ohio State Bar Association. Moreover I am a participating member of the Juvenile and Family Law Committees within Franklin County. In addition, I am admitted to practice in both Northern and Southern Federal District Courts.
